Overall experience was good. Worked with a new sales person who clearly needed more training. However, I am still dealing with some financial mis-haps as they did not report to Ford that I had turned in my lease. Therefore Ford had taken the one last payment I had left and I still have not received it back 4 months later. I also just received the title in the mail for the vehicle I turned it. More

I went to AutoNation Ford for an oil change. It took longer than I expected even though I had an appointment. The person checking in did not tell me how long the wait would be. Also, at the end of the oil change I was given a list of 4 items that needed to be done. I know they need to sell services, but I felt it was a lot.
