Over all good experience working with my sells rep. Ben was professional. he gave detail information on the vehicle I was interested in. Way under staffed for people coming in for repairs on their vehicle. Seating in the waiting room is horrible when you need to wait two hours for an oil change. Came in for scheduled Oil Change/Tire Rotation which took 3 hours. Totally Unacceptable. You would think with a scheduled time it shouldn't take more than an hour.
