I had an appointment for Monday morning to get something checked out on my car. They said they were somewhat backed up so it could take a while. I understand that some cars ahead of me may have taken longer than expected and they may be short staffed as many other places are, but this was somewhat longer of a wait than I expected. They were able to determine what the problem was and fix it, thank goodness. Through it all, though, the contact person was very friendly and informative. The bonus was they washed my car for me and it looks great! More
I brought my car in on a Saturday to get service done. The service was a premium package I found on the website. When I brought the car in, the employee manning the desk didn't know/hadn't heard of the package I had selected, so he had to ask what it was. Before the service was initiated, I brought up the fact that the engine light was on, and I was informed that it would be hooked up to find out the error code. When I got the car back, the engine light was still on. I called service today to get information on the service I had done, and it looks like they never checked to see why the engine light is on. I was also informed that if it was brought in for the engine light, it would be there for at least 48 hours before it could be looked at. Also, the service package I selected included items such as replacing the oil filter, cabin filter, etc. I am now not sure that was done either. More

Avoid this location at all costs! I gave them a 2nd chance after years. Their review of my car always comes in needing an extra $1,000 in work. Ron specifically told me the invoice Dean sent me didn’t make sense, and that it sounded ‘icky.’ He told me he was going to look into it and never called me back. I called back 5 hours later for an update. Ron didn’t remember the conversation, then got hung up on when Dean got on the phone. They lie, over charge, and when I brought in my work vehicle they said they fixed things that they didn’t. I can understand mistakes, but multiple times with the same issue means its a pattern. I will never go back. Don’t trust them! More

I had the premium package for 5,000 mile check ups. AutoNation did all my service but this time they could not get some cover off to Access spark plugs. I was told it would be $700+ to get the cover o AutoNation did all my service but this time they could not get some cover off to Access spark plugs. I was told it would be $700+ to get the cover off and replace. I believe I heard something about bolts or nuts stripped. I asked if they had ever taken that cover off and was told yes. I feel that it was put on wrong or something as NO ONE else took that cover off. I was then told I would not be charged for labor but $200 for the cover. I was at AutoNation for an 11:00 appointment and left the parking lot at 5:13 6+hrs! I paid for the cover but wasn't happy. I was told that I needed a new tie rod for $700+. Since I felt cheated I took my car the next day somewhere else and replaced both tie rods. On the plus side the staff was polite. Deborah Dauffenbach More
Brought my 18 F150 in for service for various issues. Chris and other service staff were very helpful. At one point, the truck wasn't going to be fixed within the timeframe I was told and I needed it for Chris and other service staff were very helpful. At one point, the truck wasn't going to be fixed within the timeframe I was told and I needed it for a short trip out of town. Service staff quickly found a solution and arranged a loaner (23 F150) for me to use until I got back from the trip. Using the 23 F150 as a loaner was a great way to showcase the newer model when I am ready to upgrade as well Chris was very thorough and explained everything that needed to be done and why certain things were covered by warranty and why others were not and broke down the pricing, excellent communication. When I picked up my truck and was standing in the waiting area for a runner to bring it up. I had three staff stop and ask if I needed any help while waiting within 5-10 minutes which I thought was very courteous service as well. More
