For one thing, have somone answer the phone. For several days we called multiple times with no response. Once when my wife called she was told they were too busy to answer the phone. I was always very pleased. but this time the worst. Why if you dropped the quick line didn't you notify. It took all day to get my oil changed...... He did give me a but this time the worst. Why if you dropped the quick line didn't you notify. It took all day to get my oil changed...... He did give me a rde but didn;t get another until 4 - 5. Why haven't you changed tour phone or email messages. Used to ask if you wanted a wash I did but it didnt get done. The cashier was the nicest. No one told me if everything okay or would need. The next time will definitely make a time and hope I get someone that is trained in. More

I’ve had three recall and a battery draining problems in the last year, wasting 3 days time on my side and autonation didn’t take the time to wash and clean the car. If this was the last auto dealership on earth, I would buy a bicycle. Do I still get entered for the gas card? or will I be ghosted again? Completely unsatisfied sales customer who purchased the 2nd mo buy a bicycle. Do I still get entered for the gas card? or will I be ghosted again? Completely unsatisfied sales customer who purchased the 2nd most expensive vehicle you had. From keeping me at the dealership for FOUR hours to complete the paperwork, to 1) not having the winch that was supposed to be on the vehicle 2) not following up with me to resolve 3) deceiving me about the winch status to 4). my salesperson quitting 5) the sales manager promising to cover the expense to have another dealer install the accessory (that was supposed to already be on the vehicle and re-negging 6) the sales manager and general manager never returning calls and 7) temporary plates expiring not once but twice and recommended by the DMV not to drive it because there was no clear proof of ownership., I am done with this dealer. Please do not ask me to call your general manager - they already have ignored my calls last fall. You asked for honest feedback. There you go. oh - and when you buy from a Wisconsin customer, you are supposed to give the plates back to the customer! AND when you fill out the title, you might want to put the correct vehicle weight and odometer reading on the title application. More

Performed requited maintenance as scheduled. Did not receive phone text when car was finished. Told initially service would take 2 hours. Checked back at two and a half hours to see if the servi Did not receive phone text when car was finished. Told initially service would take 2 hours. Checked back at two and a half hours to see if the service was completed. First they had to find my vehicle. Once they found it I was told my lug nuts were swelled and recommended replacement. I gave them the ok to replace at 10:45 am. Work was completed and I was back on the road at 12:40 pm. Entire time was over 4.5 hours for oil change, tire rotation, and lug nuts. More
