My service advisor was very polite and helpful beginning with my 1st call and through my entire experience when visiting your service center. Mr Khan was very attentive to my needs and wa sensitive to my d with my 1st call and through my entire experience when visiting your service center. There is no service department anymore. I have three Ford trucks and always had great service when Cindy and her team were there. So I traded in my F150 truck and bought a Subaru Forester with a sun roof and a few other cool options. I like the vehicle very much got reasonable payments. We now have to make an appointment vs Quick Lane first come first serve, which is fine but they are short staffed and had only one check in person and the cars were backing up 7 long. When the mechanic g come first serve, which is fine but they are short staffed and had only one check in person and the cars were backing up 7 long. When the mechanic got my car he was very nice and helpful to get me in and out in an hour. I had an oil change with tire rotation and brake line flush. I always get my oil changed here and the staff have always been very nice. One thing to note is when managers and directors are new to the location and how things work, they should always get feedback from the front line workers that are doing the jobs on a daily basis before making major decisions. Ask employees how things may work more smoothly and how things can be more efficient is they everyday workings of the shop. I spoke with some employees and they were all very nice but also very frustrated with some decisions that have been made. Keep up the good work. More
