The financing department is terrible, they hid the fact that an account a credit union would be opened in my name in order to get the rate they shows me. The managers also would not mock up payment rates on the number I requested. My credit score is over 800 and they would only show me finance numbers at 8% with doing a hard pull. You don’t get to a high credit score without being protective of people pulling your credit. I asked at least 8 times to have debt and appearance insurance removed and they could not figure out how. They just wanted to force me to buy their dealer add on. I was also told that every question here is used to rate the sales person, I’m sorry that is not fair. The sales person I had, Ben, did a great job! the dealers practices are terrible. More
