Came in for a recall on the flex plate. I had heard sounds, but was not sure if that was the flex plate issue or not. Came in for my 100k mileage checkup and prepare the car for winter storage. Things have changed at this service center. Communication about what tasks they were performing was very good. The text messages method of communication works for me. It was more difficult to call and talk about the additional issues, but not awful. You are lucky to have Sean. He is friendly, knowledgable, outgoing and handles the pressure of multiple tasks well. You can tell he loves what he does. He gave me 10 minutes of his time to talk to me about winter storage tips for my Fusion. More
