Our Rep Adrian was wonderful, as was our financial guy, Mike. I was disappointed that they would not do an alignment on my Jeep, replace the touch screen that was damaged and unusable on the radio/navigati Mike. They cleaned the floor mats with something VERY slippery and after exiting the Jeep, wherever you walked, you squeaked, for weeks and counting. My girlfriend almost fell, her shoes got so full of the floor mat polish, and she was only in the Jeep for about 20 minutes. Rewashing them is the only option. One of the locks on back door does not lock when the lock button is pushed, you have to manually push the lock button on that door to secure it. I also need 2 fobs, I only got 1 and they do not have them and are not able to program them there. They have an outside guy that comes once a week. I already took the day off to get the Jeep and have never had to come back a separate time to get another fob when buying a vehicle. What was a frustrating appointment ended up very satisfying due to help from service attendant, Josh. After waiting 5 hours for new tires, at check out he noticed they were the wrong tires. They did a fantastic job replacing my side view mirror on the drivers side.
