Lots of changes since I purchased 3 vehicles here. Went back for recall work (finally!) and they DID get it done while I waited, in a bit under two hours. However, I sat in the new car showroom area (where I told the service writer I would be), looked at 4 vehicles on the floor (opened doors, checked interiors, sat in driver's seat of a couple...) and yet not one sales person even approached me to ask if I was interested or if I had any questions. TBH, I was just kicking the tires, so to speak, but they didn't know that! When my vehicle was ready, the SW called me... on my cell phone... because she "couldn't find me" in the waiting area! I was sitting right there, reading on my e-reader! And, when I asked specifically if MY vehicle parts were bad (per the recall notification), she couldn't tell me either way (good or bad), they just replaced them. So she says; I never saw the old parts they allegedly removed. More
I've only had the car for a week, too soon to decide if I got a "good deal". I will say that in that 1st week, I've really enjoyed driving the car. this visit was just an oil change, but it was done a on a Saturday just so they could get me sooner than later. Work was done in time frame originally specified. But it took too long, even though I had an appointment, to take it back to start the work.
