I dropped off my truck at AutoNation for a oil change/filter, and tire rotation. Everything went extremely well but when I was called to pickup the truck I had to ask them to wash. Guess this is n change/filter, and tire rotation. Everything went extremely well but when I was called to pickup the truck I had to ask them to wash. Guess this is not done anymore unless you request it Also noticed all my tire pressures were all off fr 32 psi to35. Service was fast and friendly and easy to make an appointment. Bought a used F150 Truck in September sales person was very helpful to sell the truck but after the purchase I didn't hear back from the sales person about some minor work that was suppose to be done on t very helpful to sell the truck but after the purchase I didn't hear back from the sales person about some minor work that was suppose to be done on the truck that was agreed on during the purchase. Multiple emails and calls were made without any responds. Finally had to bother someone the to make the appointment to bring the truck in.. Still have not heard back from sales person on some of the other question i had. More

Overall, good service, but I had a bad experience trying to set up an appointment for a recall. I called 4 times and was put on hold way longer than I could wait, I tried to book online and wasn’t able to. to set up an appointment for a recall. I called 4 times and was put on hold way longer than I could wait, I tried to book online and wasn’t able to. I finally got through on the phone. The rep I talked to set up the appointment for four weeks out and when I got to Autonation for the service they had no record of my appointment. Jamie, however, fit me in and provided wonderful service. He was pleasant and gracious and did exactly what he said he would. Even left water and an air freshener in my car! Thank you, Jamie!! More
