It used to be a good dealership but now I have to make an appointment for a oil change and then nobody answers the phone to make an appointment quick lube used to be quick and no more free loaner for when my appointment for a oil change and then nobody answers the phone to make an appointment quick lube used to be quick and no more free loaner for when my truck is in the shop for a recall,again I reiterate 1 hard to get an appointment for quick lube and it’s hard to get through 2 no more free loaner vehicle It would be nice to see these issues rectified I know your short staffed More

I was very pleased with the service and the people at Auto World. From the VP very start from the man at the desk keeping me informed the mechanics working on my Escape. I had an issue with my oil change tire rotation, Jerry the mechanic lied to me and didn't rotate my tires then proceeded too strip out my lug nut on correction. We had a chat Monday with the service manag the mechanic lied to me and didn't rotate my tires then proceeded too strip out my lug nut on correction. We had a chat Monday with the service manager Pat and he was very apologetic about the situation. He came and picked my truck up from my house, left me a brand new pickup in return and was able to get my truck fixed by the next day ready to pick up. Pat was extremely nice to work with and went the extra step to make things right which was greatly appreciated. When I go there I know I'm in good hands thanks to Pat. More
