The service was fine, estimated time for the oil change and tire rotation as expected. Making an appointment terrible. Finally had to go in and get a service rep to set an appointment. Probably the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. No call backs, wrong oil filter, failed to install headlight properly causing burning plastic with smell throughout vehicle. Dam near destroyed truck because of wrong size oil filter had to get another 2 year 50k service warranty for it. 2-1/2 week turn around with an appointment. Will never bring back again. I use to take it there all the time due to closeness but rather go across town now. Quick lane my xxx! Nothing quick about anything. Would not recommend even the simplest work to be done. I've bought vehicles from here multiple times and it was great service, but after Covid things just went down hill with quality and standard of work. More
