Worst service experience in 25 years at this location. Contact person never updated me on the issue I came in for. After 4 days of no contact, I left a message on a Friday and finally got a return call Contact person never updated me on the issue I came in for. After 4 days of no contact, I left a message on a Friday and finally got a return call the following Monday. Oh yeah, the truck has been done for days and the paperwork must have been put in the wrong pile. On top of that, the contact could not explain what was done, basically just read the paperwork back to me. After, I asked what does that mean and his response was I don't owe anything. Well, considering the vehicle had 13,000 miles on it, I kind of knew that. And for the worst, the truck acted up the same way it did a 1/2 mile from the shop. After 25 years, time to find a new place to do business with!!!!!!!!!!! More

The appointment didn’t start off on the right foot, confusion on the service I requested to be completed and what they had recorded to be completed. They stated I only requested the oil change and they confusion on the service I requested to be completed and what they had recorded to be completed. They stated I only requested the oil change and they did not have record of the PTU fluid change and tire rotation and they would not be able to accommodate the additional work and it would need to be brought back a different day. I told the quick lane person I was going to take my Flex to another independent shop to get the work done. As I was walking back to my car Sean Alderson asked me what was going on, I told him the story and he said let me see what I can do for you. He proceeded to contact a senior service tech to see if they could handle the work. The service tech said yes but it will take about 2.5 hours, I said that’s great and Sean took the keys and started the process. To my surprise, just under 2 hours Sean found me and stated the work is completed and my car is waiting for me. I was ready to walk out the door 2 hours earlier, if it wasn’t for Sean asking me a simple question I might not have returned for future service. I prefer to have my Ford Flex serviced at the dealership but there are other ones around along with independent service centers. Past visits have been great, this one would have been 1 star but thanks to Sean he made it a 5 star service. I normally do not write reviews but Sean deserves a shout out! More
