I made an appointment to have a Ford Recall performed on my 2013 F150, i was able to get my truck in right away, no delays, all people were pleasant to deal with and the work was performed well within the t my 2013 F150, i was able to get my truck in right away, no delays, all people were pleasant to deal with and the work was performed well within the time frame I was told when dropping it off. It seems this location service department has turned it around since my last visit there, when they closed the quick lane part of the department a couple years ago, I swore I would never go back, but hopefully this is a sign of positive change at this location!
