They really seem to make getting service done a complicated and slow process. Made an appointment, but then had to wait for check in. I had a great experience! I brought in my 2013 Ford Escape for Recall work. They were on time and completed the work in less than 2 hours. They did not try to sell me any a I brought in my 2013 Ford Escape for Recall work. They were on time and completed the work in less than 2 hours. They did not try to sell me any additional work and completed a complimentary safety inspection. I also received a complimentary assessment for trade in value of my vehicle. I will return to WB Ford for future service to my vehicles. More
