I normally hate to buy a new or used car. There is the finding the car you want and then the dreaded negotiating to get the best deal, which I always thought I never really got. I usually dread buying a new car because the salespeople are pushy and trying to sell optional add-ons. Less is more when it comes to being aggressive with customers. We generally know what we want and it is better to sell one less add-on and keep a customer who doesn't have regrets surface a week later. More
