This was our second time to Tousley. We returned because our first experience was great. Andy was great to work with. Tousley was able to match and beat other dealers prices for us and get the vehicle we wanted that wasn't on their lot. Andy followed up with us after the sale to see how the vehicle was operating and if there was anything else he could help us with. It was refreshing to have someone help and guide you rather than push just to make a sale. Since our purchase we have had to work with the service department for a minor thing and used the Quick Lane for an oil change. Everyone we worked with was very friendly and helpful. More

Upon arrival I had a car in mind I really wanted. After looking around and talking with the Hietala, we came to an agreement that the Ford Focus would be the best option for me.
