When my brother and I picked up the car, Bill V. gave us a brief overview and helped me get my phone up and running with the Synch system. I was very surprised at the great price of the car. I had asked my brother to come with me to negotiate the deal. However, after Larry S. layed out my options, my brother told me he couldn't believe what a great deal it was and we didn't need to negotiate for a lower price. I absolutely love my car! It has all of the features on my "must" list and a whole bunch of extra features I didn't even know I wanted, but now love. It was a great car buying experience! I had to bring my SUV in for service. I went to the quick lube drive in this time. I had to have an oil change on my Escape 2010. The quick lube personnel were great. I have a service contract and they ch lube drive in this time. I had to have an oil change on my Escape 2010. The quick lube personnel were great. They asked if they should do it now or next time - well I had time that day so they did the oil change and tire rotation. My thanks to the service team for their help and great service.
