One of the main reasons I shop at "Tousley" Ford is because I enjoy Bob Swanburg. The best way I can describe it is to say that Bob has a "gift" for working with people. He is very knowledgeable about all of the Ford products also. Bob talks enough but not too much. He knows when to listen and when to offer information. I felt that Bob was a great salesperson. He doesn't push you to make a decision but when you are ready things get done in a timely and efficient manner. I would definitely go back to Tousley Ford for another vehicle. I went in for a noise in the air conditioning, and the car had to be in the sun to hear it. They left it sit and were able to hear the same sound.
