All I can say is "WOW"! It started with the wonderful greeting at the front dest from the receptionist. Then, I met my sales associate, Andy Solomonson. Andy explained the Tousley advantage and then we drove a 2011 Ford Escape. I was a little nervous but Andy assured me that this vehicle would meet my needs. He was such a gentleman! Andy showed me ALL of my options, not just my obligations for financing. I thought he was kidding when he showed me how affordable a lease payment was! I couldn't believe my trade-in had such great value! Then, I got to meet the sales manager Jimmy. He really listened to what I was saying and helped with the sales menu. I can't say enough good things about Andy Solomonson, Ryan V, and Jimmy W. When I got out of the business office, Andy was waiting for me again and paired my phone and also showed me how to use all the features on my new vehicle!
