AutoNation Ford WBL - Kevin was great as were the Techs. Had recall on airbag, but several other things came up prior to the appointment😢. I was scheduled for just the airbag, but Kevin and the crew at ANF provided me video clips of the underbody walk around detailed showing the damages found, and provided a detailed estimate for tie rod and sway bar work. They also did some quick minor repairs that they could do at the same time, and called with pricing prior to doing the work, and kept me on the loop throughout. I highly recommend this dealer based on my experiences there. The estimate and video I later shared with a trusted mechanic who confirmed everything I was provided by ANF. I will have the work done by my friend who is able to give me a bit of a break on overall cost, but all pricing was in fact in line with reality! They also washed my car! I want to let the gal who checked me out know that it is ok to be kind to the people who are paying your wages, we can all have a bad day …hoping your every day is better one! Kevin you were so kind, so informative, and delivered some hard core bad news with such gentle grace …I want to thank you for making AutoNation Ford look good! To the Techs …thank you for all of your hard work, going the extra mile in a pinch, honest estimates, clear videos (nice!), honest pricing and availability. Hoping that ANF is taking good care of all of their people financially and otherwise and want to thank you All for such a good experience! More
Purchased a 2022 Escape- 4th vehicle bought with this Auto Nation WBL. Had issues with break noise, brought it in and they tell me two techs looked at it and test drove it and its fine - but I still hear Auto Nation WBL. I must be losing it (because why would I still hear it?) When we met with finance to sign papers the fella told Nehmiah to go find the plates. Since we never got plates and only temps I understood they must have ordered new ones. Got the title two weeks later...no plates. Let Nehmiah know multiple times and then found out last week he quit. Multiple requests for rating the sales dept via email, text, but no one answered my concern as to why I hadnt gotten my plates yet. Driving almost 2 months with expired dealer plates. :( I finally got fed up asking for help and called myself, they transferred me to Julie (I think it was her name) and she hopped on it. She called today and said they have a document for me to complete to get replacement plates for the ones they originally had on my car when it was a loaner that were transferred to me when it was titled in my name. Thanks to her for being the ONLY person taking the time to follow up. I work in customer service. When someone has bought their first vehicle with you or their 4th...theres a way to treat them like they are valued. Stop being so worried about how you are being reviewed and follow up with the customers concerns instead. Cathy texted me today about reviewing my experience too. Sorry about the problems... I told her 4x I already talked to Julie and she still didnt fully read what I texted her. LISTEN to your customers if you want good reviews and if you want to be valued. Julie...your awesome....and James Reid has always been incredibly helpful too. But next time...after all this...I may look at buying elsewhere. Too much of a headache for a busy mom of 3 who works and kids have activities to hunt people down to get things done! More
I was able to drive in without an appointment and get service. They were able to complete multiple services without making me return at a later date. Autonation has been working on our work trucks for many years, they usually are able to get us on the schedule in a timely manner. After having gotten some preapproved financing terms that I signed off of with the dealership, we went in to sign papers and pick up our car. Sitting in with their finance person was an uncomfortable and reg I signed off of with the dealership, we went in to sign papers and pick up our car. Sitting in with their finance person was an uncomfortable and regrettable experience. And somehow within that he completely changed the terms that I and the dealership had agreed to and I ended up with a far worse offer. The process was shady and underhanded. In addition, he made my wife extremely uncomfortable talking about his girlfriends and showing off pictures of them, he scrolled through documents to the signature without letting me read them first, and all in all made us feel very uncomfortable but I'm sure that was his intention. When this was brought up to the manager he just shrugged us off and didn't address any concerns about the financing nor about issues with the vehicle after one week of having it. More
