We filled out the finance papers to be qualified for it but it turned out the SUV would not be able to tow what we needed so we did not go with it. But there was another one there that would but that they could not get it to us for the rate and monthly payment we needed. After a couple days we figured out a way to put more money down so that maybe the payment would work and we called on Thursday morning and asked about putting more down and what the payment would then be. They called back on Thursday night after 6pm with the info and asked if we wanted to come down now with the check. We asked if they could just hold it for us until we could get there the next day and were told that they could not hold a car for anyone. We said OK and that we would be there on Friday after work with the check and if we test drove the SUV and liked it, we would write the check and sign the papers since we were already approved with their finance dept. They said it could be sold by then and we should really come down tonight with the check. We informed them that if someone came in on Friday and bought it before we got there then that was our loss. Then the manager called us on Friday around noon and said not to come in because the SUV was on hold for someone who was coming in from out of state to look at it. We asked how it could be on hold, when they wouldn't hold it for us. They said they can hold if for someone coming from out of state. We said but we were coming in today, with the down payment and were already approved for financing. They told us that if the other people didn't like it on Saturday that they would give us a call. Really? Why on earth would they think that is good practice. Aren't you in the business of selling vehicles? On Saturday we got a call saying "Good news! The SUV is still available for you to come down and purchase." We told him in no uncertain terms that there was no way we would come and buy that SUV now, they had their chance. We were all set to buy it on Friday and they did not want our business. A manager then called us to give us the "good news" that we could come down and buy the SUV. Again he was told that we were all set to do that yesterday and you blew us off. Now you can keep your SUV. Why would you turn down a guaranteed sale for a "possible" sale. It had to be an inside person that had someone coming to look at the SUV. Otherwise I cannot for the live of me understand why you would turn down a sale that was all set. That is not the kind of people that we want to do business with. Funny thing is that a week and a half later now and the SUV is still there and not sold. More

They will come up with every reason they can think of for why they will not cover it. While they had my vehicle in for Servicing, they must have backed another car into it. And didn't bother telling me. So when I got home and noticed the damage. I called them about it. I had to go back in the next day to show the service manager. He would not accept responsibility for the damaged but was willing to pay HALF of what it cost to fix it. I would have had to pay $600 out of my pocket if i wanted the damage fixed. And don't bother calling AutoNation customer service or customer complaint line. They will not call you back. EVER! No matter how many messages you leave. I will never buy another car from AutoNation!!! More

Also was quoted $325.00 for the mirror however they tried charging $389.00. They charge $179.00 an hour? This place is an absolute RIPOFF! I always bring my Truck there for their "Quick Lube" however the last time I was there it took over 2 hours. I will NEVER bring my vehicle back here again!!! More
Terrible customer service Leasing a brand new 2017 F150 has already has had 2 oil leaks. Last time I brought it in they gave me a Fiesta to drive because they had to keep it. Leasing a brand new 2017 F150 has already has had 2 oil leaks. Last time I brought it in they gave me a Fiesta to drive because they had to keep it. Brought truck in Friday at 8am, service dept they need it over the weekend. Monday noon they say i have oil leak, they need it again. This is not new information. I already spent an hour 2 Saturdays ago confirming this with their same service dept. Yet it is still not done. All I get is excuses. Steve said I had to wait for same tech to work on it since its same problem and he worked on it last time, didn't even know if he was coming in today. This is not comforting to tell a customer that same tech who screwed it up last time is working on it again. and all your tech time verbage. why take cars in with appts when you already have too many to handle you can't get them done. This is not Tousley Ford anymore I agree. Focus only tiny step up from Fiesta last time. very frustrating. emailed and called service manager got no response. who knows when I'll get it back this time and for how long. More
Poor communication between depts. & No focus on customer I'll offer my experience: in short, will never go back there. Dropped off my truck to have a hood-latch cable replaced. I don't know how extensive the I'll offer my experience: in short, will never go back there. Dropped off my truck to have a hood-latch cable replaced. I don't know how extensive the process is but I imagine it would take a day or two. I received one call saying they needed to keep it overnight, which seemed just fine. And then no communication for 5 days. Then I finally received a call with a laundry list of items that had nothing to do with the hood-latch cable. To their credit, I probably do have to have some things looked at but that's not the point. They quoted over $500 dollars for just the hood-latch cable replacement. I don't know how extensive the labor is to replace it but the cable itself is 25 bucks! So, no communication, way overpriced, and it took them nearly a week to even LOOK at my vehicle. This dealership reminds of the people that scam senior citizens out of their retirement money. Thumbs down, guys. Thumbs way down. HOWEVER! There are two customer service Reps: Judy (I think), and July; and they are just peaches! If you do end up getting stuck with Autonation Ford WBL ask for either them. In truth, they are very kind and great to work with. More

When this was Tousley Ford it was a great, locally owned dealership. Since the corporate overlords at Autonation bought them out, I have witnessed a slow decline in customer service. You are nothing but a number to these people. I wish I hadn't bought a service contract with them so I never had to step foot in this place again. As a matter of fact, because of the poor customer service, I will NEVER buy a Ford product again. More

Don't waste your time A flat for diagnostics seems unreasonable and a rip off. Some problems are quick to diagnose. It just looks like a way to lock you into the service A flat for diagnostics seems unreasonable and a rip off. Some problems are quick to diagnose. It just looks like a way to lock you into the service which is already expensive. I was able to pay the fee and go elsewhere and still save $200. It didn't help either that a longer list of service was proposed that wasn't really needed, some of which they also wanted diagnostic fees for. Overall the service people seemed all about collecting money. No one mentioned the diagnostic fee on the phone during scheduling or in the initial call, only after the vehicle was already dropped off. It seemed like they are trained to not mention it. Left a bad taste all around. The only reason for going there was the known with the Ford Focus which are under warranty. Unfortunately this repair was not a warranty claim. Not happy with Ford or Autonation. More
