AutoNation has done all the service work on my F150. I brought the truck in for its 65K scheduled maintenance. The tech that checked me in indicted that for this service they recommend brake fluid, transm brought the truck in for its 65K scheduled maintenance. The tech that checked me in indicted that for this service they recommend brake fluid, transmission fluid, new coolant and differential fluid. I I asked the tech the check the service history on the vehicle since I thought several of these items were taken care of in a previous visit. He came back and said he could not any record of them being done. I asked him to check again as i indicated that I knew for a fact that the brakes were done ay 50K. He came back later and said yes that was true but no record of the other items being done. I said ok - go ahead with the other items. I left the vehicle and went home. I checked my service receipts and sure enough all of the items that he indicated were not done were in fact done at 50K. I called and the tech and cancelled all these items. So instead of a $2000 service bill it turn out to be an oil change and tire rotation - $100. Very disappointed that they were telling me I need to have this work done when it fact. It was already done - by them. More

I went in with the idea to purchase a Bronco Sport. He did not push any vehicle on me after I was informed that there were no Broncos on the lot. He told me that I could order what I came to buy, other than that he left the decision to me. I ultimately found a very nice Escape (I traded in an Escape so was thinking something different, but I did always like my previous Escape) for a very nice price. Samantha handled the closing, she is such a decent and kind person. I truly enjoyed our extraneous chit-chat while going through all the documents. I give my visit an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10. More
