No doubt my next and my family car s amazing. The Finance team is incredible, they will set you up with the best banks and the lowest interest rates. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I leased a vehicle from the salesman David Aune. He told me that if I purchased additional miles I would be refunded whatever miles I did not use. He said this vehicle from the salesman David Aune. He told me that if I purchased additional miles I would be refunded whatever miles I did not use. He said this in front of my mother and boyfriend. I turned my Vehicle in last week and the lady at the front desk was like keys please? I said and I’m supposed to meet with someone to discuss miles I’m supposed to be reimbursed for. The lady at the front desk called a salesman up named Bob. My boyfriend and I spoke with Dave and explained to him what Dave said. He replies with, “I believe you I just don’t know how we’re gonna go about paying you.” He told me he would Call me the next business day (Monday) and he never did I had to call back the next day and he said he spoke with the manager and he said that it must’ve been a miscommunication and that Dave never said that I spoke with Dave today & asked if I could meet with him to talk about the miles on my lease that ended. He said no no no no I’m not meeting with you. I don’t know what you were told. I told him you said this in front of my mother, my boyfriend and myself. Why would I return a vehicle with 7-8,000 miles extra that I paid for? If I knew that I wasn’t going to get a refund I would have driven my vehicle on long road trips rather than my boyfriends or my mothers. I reached out to customer service via the chat and was told someone from customer service will reach out to me ASAP and rest assured no need to worry we’re here to help. Well guess what nobody contacted me so I had to reach out again and told the customer service everything that happened again and that I would like to speak with corporate so now I’m waiting to hear back from corporate customer service. So lesson learned Don’t go to AutoNation White Bear Lake and work with Dave Aune!! He’s a scammer!! He probably thought I was going to keep the car and didn’t think I would follow up with him on the fact that I was expecting the refund on the miles I was Supposed to be reimbursed for. Once you sign papers, to them you are a nobody!!! They don’t care!!! All they want is your money! More
Talked with Brittney to schedule appointment. In the middle of doing so the call was forwarded to another person. Answered his questions and he dictated the conversation to the point of putting words in middle of doing so the call was forwarded to another person. Answered his questions and he dictated the conversation to the point of putting words in my mouth. When asked if I needed alternate transportation, my reply was that I would wait . True to his dictating he said that means you need alternate transportation therefore soonest appointment is December 27, four weeks away. We argued that I didn’t need alternate transportation, I just need an appointment. I want nothing else from Autonation. He replied I was trying to set an appointment but you said you didn’t want one, another lie and his dictation. The purpose of my call was to get an appointment for a new car purchased this year from Autonation. Autonation does not stand behind what they sell instead make every excuse to not have to service their sales. I’ve purchased and leased several new cars from Autonation but this one will be my last. Customer service is most important to me. More

H I drove in on a Saturday due to the dealership only having the quicklane option. When I arrived the service specialist said it would take all day. He indicated they now have been doing appointments for the past 5 weeks. An email or other form of communication or even on their websight would have been helpful. Obviously all the oil changes lined up for the day had been told. So, I made an appointment for the following week. When I arrived they couldn't find the appoint. Finally they found my reservation. The spelling of my first and last name was SO horrid you couldnt even pronounce it. I assume this is common, afterall I was a returning customer. The attempted to have me get an oil change that included their CLOROX (TM) decontaimination. I never indicated this. They didn't mention any coupons online, lucky for me having been an AUTONATION customer before I knew of this. They did not review the car check at all. They never washed the car nor seemed to want my return business. I recently moved from OHIO to MN. Previously, I purchased 2 vehicles in the past 6 years from AUTONATION. The service was also performed there. NEEDLESS to say not all AUTONATIONS are the same. Consistency is not this companies motto. This was also my 2nd time at this location. The 1st vist was just OK and this vist was worse. I will not be returning to this location or company again. More

The vehicle now has 12,500 miles on it and we are having issues with the vehicle already. We have brought it in 3 times for the same issue and they keep giving it back saying they fixed it but as soon as we leave the shop, the issue comes back. We will be bringing it back for the 4th time today after work. Stay away from this dealer. Their customer service is below average and their service center is the worst in the area. More

Bad customer practices - don't waste your time. We went to Autonation on a Saturday to look at a used SUV. We filled out the finance papers to be qualified for it but it turned out the SUV would not be able to tow what we needed so we did not go with it. But there was another one there that would but that they could not get it to us for the rate and monthly payment we needed. After a couple days we figured out a way to put more money down so that maybe the payment would work and we called on Thursday morning and asked about putting more down and what the payment would then be. They called back on Thursday night after 6pm with the info and asked if we wanted to come down now with the check. We asked if they could just hold it for us until we could get there the next day and were told that they could not hold a car for anyone. We said OK and that we would be there on Friday after work with the check and if we test drove the SUV and liked it, we would write the check and sign the papers since we were already approved with their finance dept. They said it could be sold by then and we should really come down tonight with the check. We informed them that if someone came in on Friday and bought it before we got there then that was our loss. Then the manager called us on Friday around noon and said not to come in because the SUV was on hold for someone who was coming in from out of state to look at it. We asked how it could be on hold, when they wouldn't hold it for us. They said they can hold if for someone coming from out of state. We said but we were coming in today, with the down payment and were already approved for financing. They told us that if the other people didn't like it on Saturday that they would give us a call. Really? Why on earth would they think that is good practice. Aren't you in the business of selling vehicles? On Saturday we got a call saying "Good news! The SUV is still available for you to come down and purchase." We told him in no uncertain terms that there was no way we would come and buy that SUV now, they had their chance. We were all set to buy it on Friday and they did not want our business. A manager then called us to give us the "good news" that we could come down and buy the SUV. Again he was told that we were all set to do that yesterday and you blew us off. Now you can keep your SUV. Why would you turn down a guaranteed sale for a "possible" sale. It had to be an inside person that had someone coming to look at the SUV. Otherwise I cannot for the live of me understand why you would turn down a sale that was all set. That is not the kind of people that we want to do business with. Funny thing is that a week and a half later now and the SUV is still there and not sold. More
