Waited 2.5 hours to get a tire patched. Previously had an oil change on a Mazda 6 and the tech forgot to close the air filter housing And cracked the seal on the oil drain plug. The work quality was very good. Had the oil changed and the tires rotated. The Quick Lane Representative who greeted me was very friendly. At 4:15 p.m. I received a text message from Tony that said, "This is Tony from AutoNation Ford White Bear Lake. You have requested to text with AutoNation about vehicle services. Before you receive any texts, we will need your confirmation. To confirm, type YES. Msg &Data Rates May Apply." I was very disappointed that four hours after I left Tony a voice mail message requesting to be picked up by the AutoNation shuttle that I received the above text message.
