The work quality was very good. Had the oil changed and the tires rotated. The Quick Lane Representative who greeted me was very friendly. In turn, it was suggested that I have the AutoNation shuttle bring me home and pick me up when the work was done. Tony called me around 12:12 p.m. and left me a voice message informing my my vehicle was ready for pick up. Within a minute I called him and left the message saying that I needed the shuttle drive to pick me up. At 4:15 p.m. I received a text message from Tony that said, "This is Tony from AutoNation Ford White Bear Lake. You have requested to text with AutoNation about vehicle services. Before you receive any texts, we will need your confirmation. To confirm, type YES. Msg &Data Rates May Apply." I was very disappointed that four hours after I left Tony a voice mail message requesting to be picked up by the AutoNation shuttle that I received the above text message. Purchased a 2007 Ford F150 King Ranch, worst purchase I could have ever made! Sold a warranty that didn't cover anything! Mike in finance sold me a warranty in his words "covers gaskets, hoses, and anythin could have ever made! Sold a warranty that didn't cover anything! Mike in finance sold me a warranty in his words "covers gaskets, hoses, and anything that fluid touches, bushings, bearings, and appearance package plus" that didn't cover the interior or exterior and was told it covers everything, mike said "it's basically a bumber yo bumper warranty"....got screwed, truck needed a rear main seal that should have been fixed before even leaving the dealership! And bearings all the way around which the warranty that I paid almost $5k for didn't cover! Chris the GM was no help at all, everyone kept pushing me off! Got them to do a tune up finally spark plugs and they only changes 6, 1 of the old ones broke off and fell into my motor! The technicians are trash, they have been caught throwing new parts away and not even doing the jobs, all they did was give me money back, and they could have costed me thousands! They literally sold me a lemon, and because they make you sign an arbitration agreement, you cannot have any legal recourse! Autonation ford is a joke! More

Husband took my car in at 630 am for oil change & multi point inspection. He said they were all very nice.
