Quik Lane now closed. Had to work at 2:00, so made an appointment for 1:00. Got there at 1:00 and waited 20 minutes, being ignored, before I asked if I would be getting helped. Excuses of being short sta appointment for 1:00. Got there at 1:00 and waited 20 minutes, being ignored, before I asked if I would be getting helped. Excuses of being short staffed and a computer glitch that allowed double bookings to occur followed. I asked if I could still get in and out in 30 minutes and was told they couldn’t guarantee this. I spoke to the service manager and he got my truck right in and pulled another tech to help. It was done in less than 30 minutes and I made it to work on time. I should point out, however, that this same service manager was present at the desk when I initially pulled up and he was chatting with a young blonde bombshell for the whole 20 minutes I had waited while never looking my way before he walked off. Needs improvement! More
I had a very poor experience with my free airbag recall at AutoNation Ford White Bear Lake. I will never have any service completed there again (even if it’s free) and have told several of my friends and f at AutoNation Ford White Bear Lake. I will never have any service completed there again (even if it’s free) and have told several of my friends and family members not to go there. My car is currently the only car in our household in which we can transport our infant (the other vehicle does not have a backseat). I chose to go with AutoNation Ford WBL because they offered a free shuttle and the individual I worked with told me it would be completed the same day. I arranged childcare for that day so I could drop off the car and shuttle back. 1) The shuttle ride was unnecessarily long (they dropped off a passenger in the complete opposite direction as my home before me), the shuttle driver was not a safe driver, asked inappropriate personal questions (after I responded to one of his questions saying that I was currently on maternity leave, he asked if I had already had the baby), and made each passenger give him directions how to get to their home, despite us providing the information beforehand and him having GPS capability in his car. 2) After calling in the late afternoon to check on the status of my car, I was assured it would be ready in an hour or two, and was told they’d give me a call after they returned from lunch to arrange my shuttle back. An hour later I received a call stating my car would not be finished until after hours and I would not be able to pick it up until the next morning. I was assured they would send a shuttle at 8 AM the next morning so I could retrieve the car before my husband had to leave for work and so we would not have to arrange for childcare. 3) The next morning I had not received any notice the shuttle was on its way, so at 8:30 I called to check on the status of the shuttle. The service members said he would look for the shuttle driver and give me a call with an estimated time. After over an hour I received a call saying they would send an Uber to pick me up instead. My husband had to try to take his morning meetings from home while looking after a crying newborn and was not able to make it into work until almost noon. In short, the service was incredibly poor and took longer than promised, the communication was sparse and incorrect, and it was an unnecessarily stressful experience for what was supposed to be a free and convenient service. Went into Autonation Ford White Bear Lake for a simple oil change and tire rotation on my 2019 F150 Supercrew 2.7 ecoboost with 14,250 miles. Upon picking up my truck I come to find that in addition to ch oil change and tire rotation on my 2019 F150 Supercrew 2.7 ecoboost with 14,250 miles. Upon picking up my truck I come to find that in addition to changing the oil they put in some kind of oil additive without my knowledge or me requesting such a thing. Less than pleased with this fact. Plus, why would a truck with 14,255 miles need any kind of oil additive in the first place, the semi synthetic oil should be enough. Explanation given by service advisor was also poor. Very poor business practice to do something without a specific customer request. Thinking I may change the oil again to remove whatever additive was put in. More
I can't say enough of how well I was taken care of. I just drove in to the Quick lane for an oil change and Tire rotation. The service desk explained it may be a while as there's not enough people doing just drove in to the Quick lane for an oil change and Tire rotation. The service desk explained it may be a while as there's not enough people doing the service. That's ok i hear that a lot and i understand. The waiting room has the same old chairs you need to replace them. What was really fun is there were 4 of us in there and we we talking up a storm made some new friends. The associates in the store were also very nice and friendly, I want to give a shout to Jackie who kept us informed on the status of our vehicles and helped us with any questions. We were treated like we were family, and the time went by fast. I like coming here for my truck servicing, the way I'm welcomed and taken care of. Guess that's why I drive 140 miles from Duluth, not only, this is my second truck I bought from here. It just makes good sense More
From the sales person to the sales manager to the financing, AutoNation was top notch! They went out of their way to get me what I wanted. After taking delivery of the vehicle, Shamas, the sales mana financing, AutoNation was top notch! They went out of their way to get me what I wanted. After taking delivery of the vehicle, Shamas, the sales manager, found additional pricing discount. Colton, the financier, got us set up. Taylor, the sales person, followed up twice to make sure I was happy with the vehicle and understood all its features. More
I just wanted an oil change at 30k miles and I was not pressured to have additional service done that is recommended from Ford. I was told the approximate wage time and my vehicle was ready within the pressured to have additional service done that is recommended from Ford.
