I just wanted to say my experience with Mike Secord the after market manager at apple ford shakopee is second to none. I own my own business and buy my trucks from the five state area but I only allow Mike after market manager at apple ford shakopee is second to none. Mike always goes out of his way to help me formulate a plan for each individual vehicle. It's great to have a professional like Mike that knows everything aftermarket,tires, paint, bed liners, and just about anything you can think of. Anytime I get the chance I recommend Mike and his team at apple and will continue too. More

Collin was a good communicator and kept us informed of what needs to be done and service that can be postponed to a later date. I asked that he forward over the final invoice before payment and give us a chance to review. Although there were some discrepencies, he worked with us to make it right and see the big picture, taking into account we're repeat customers. In this current economic environment where every penny counts and repeat customer loyalty means very little, he made us feel we paid a fair price for the service needed. Let's face it, consumers are holding onto their vehicles for a longer peroid of time and servicing their cars/trucks/suv's to get 250K miles on the odometer before trading it in. In order to do this, you need a mechanic you can trust who understands your goals & usage of your personal vehicle(s). The service dept is exceptional.....lof plus tire rotation was completed in 20 min. Everyone was very helpful. I came in to get new tires for my car but I'm a little shy so I was unsure of who to talk too. While standing around a gentleman approached me and asked me if I needed help. After telling him what I nee shy so I was unsure of who to talk too. While standing around a gentleman approached me and asked me if I needed help. After telling him what I needed, he began to help me out with finding the correct person to talk to. I later found out that he was the Detail Department Manager, Ross Herrgott. For someone who works in the detail department, he went well above and beyond what I would expect him to do. After talking with Ross, he introduced me to Collin Duff and offered me a free 19.99 detail, which I will take advantage of very soon =) Collin was a great Quicklane advisor to work with. He felt how shy I was and that I really had no idea what I was doing there. Collin talked with his Manager Nick Ruge and they both talked me through what needed to be done for me to get tires for my car that were in my price range. It literally took Nick and Collin seconds to find the right tires and get them ordered. The next day I came back and got my new tires. I am very, very pleased with the customer service I recieved from Ross, Collin and Nick. They all are the very reason that I will continue to come back to Apple Ford Shakopee! More

I had my oil changed today. Collin Duff was my service consultant. I have had Collin other times when i came there for service and once agaian he did a great job helping me out with all my question i had. consultant.
