I made an oil change appointment for 7:30 AM. I arrived at 7:25 am. At 8:40 AM, I went into the service area to inquire about the status of my car. Only to be informed that my car has not been I arrived at 7:25 am. At 8:40 AM, I went into the service area to inquire about the status of my car. Only to be informed that my car has not been serviced yet and is in queue. I was then told it might be another 35-45 minutes before they get to it. I asked the technician - "Why make an appointment if you're not going to honor it"? Response - "We are busy and with QuikLane there is no guarantee of when you get in". If I would have been proactively informed of such, I would have rescheduled my appt and/or gone elsewhere. This is unacceptable. Horrible Customer Service. More
Loved the valet service and the videos explaining the service rendered and potential future service needed. I've never experienced such exemplary service at a dealership before and definitely plan to be service rendered and potential future service needed. I had scheduled a service appointment for Oil change and tire rotation. I got a call to tell me I do not need an appointment, that I can just go to QuickLane, then they canceled my appointment. I went to Q tire rotation. I got a call to tell me I do not need an appointment, that I can just go to QuickLane, then they canceled my appointment. I went to QL today and was told car has a "massive oil leak" (no maintenance was done), warranty will cover the repair, and to schedule a service appointment. I was scheduled for one in 11 days!! I bought my new 2020 car and maintenance plan from this dealership lot. More
I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, They finished in less than an hour which was great but when I went to leave the " Hood Agar" light would not go out. After Drew the technician worked at i finished in less than an hour which was great but when I went to leave the " Hood Agar" light would not go out. After Drew the technician worked at it for 15 minutes he said the latch was bad. Nancy and Drew worked together and got a new one installed in less than a half hour. The best part was they did not charge me for the repair. Thank you Nancy and Drew Tom Pitra More
