I had scheduled a service appointment for Oil change and tire rotation. I got a call to tell me I do not need an appointment, that I can just go to QuickLane, then they canceled my appointment. I went to Q tire rotation. I got a call to tell me I do not need an appointment, that I can just go to QuickLane, then they canceled my appointment. I went to QL today and was told car has a "massive oil leak" (no maintenance was done), warranty will cover the repair, and to schedule a service appointment. I was scheduled for one in 11 days!! I bought my new 2020 car and maintenance plan from this dealership lot. More

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, They finished in less than an hour which was great but when I went to leave the " Hood Agar" light would not go out. After Drew the technician worked at i finished in less than an hour which was great but when I went to leave the " Hood Agar" light would not go out. After Drew the technician worked at it for 15 minutes he said the latch was bad. Nancy and Drew worked together and got a new one installed in less than a half hour. Been going to Apple Ford Shakopee for years for both sales & service. Most recently I went in for my first oil change on my ‘22 full size Bronco. Joe came out & met me when I pulled up.
