When I was driving though the dealership and looking at what vehicles they had in stock, Anthony came out and helped me right away. Kif was by far the most determined sales person (when compared to sales people at other dealerships) when trying to find a solution that worked best for my situation. I verified the X plan price through another dealer in Michigan, and sure enough, Apple Ford's "Best Price" was better than the supplier discount offered by Ford. I came for a used and left with a new! I am going through a transitioning stage in my life and I didn't have a car that was mine. It was a roller coaster of a week and everything was making me an emotional wreck! My credit was horrible so I had some help from my father as a co-signer who happens to live in another state. This made it a little difficult to get approved for a car loan. It looked like we were going to be leaving empty handed and I was so dissappointed,felt like it was hopeless. Kif was determined to try everything to get me into a car no matter what one it was so I could have that chance to start over and rebuild credit and have a way around. He kept telling me to just wait, don't give up and they will figure something out, he was very understanding and was trying to do everything in his power to help. He decided to speak with Katie (in the finance dept.) and see if leasing was even an option even though the chances were slim. She checked it out and spoke with who she could, explaining my situation. They approved me for a lease on a brand new Ford Fusion with all the bells and whistles (I didn't even need them or ask for them, but what a nice surprise!) for a payment in my price range!!!! I could not be happier and more thankful at this point that I had such a wonderful sales professional and finance team at my side. They really helped me out in a sticky situation so I can move on.
