The biggest reason we keep coming back to Apple Ford Shakopee is the service we get from Katie in Finance. Katie is the best and she does not give up until she finds a way to make something work for us. We presented her with the monumental task of finding a way to get us into comfortable payments after having just put her through the ringer to find financing for us on a brand new Escape Limited. Once again Katie proved why she is the best that we have ever dealt with by demonstrating her incredible hard work, experience and customer service.
