I just purchased a 2012 F150 from Apple Ford in Shakopee. It has to be the best experience I have had purchasing a new vehicle. I went to a ton of dealerships looking for a Saturn Vue. I had amazing service everyone was friendly and easy to talk to. They did everything they could to make sure I got the car I wanted at the right price! I got a GREAT deal on my saturn! I love it! We first were looking at used, but then realized that new was not out of her range. She bought a new 2012 Lime Sqeeze Ford Fiesta and loves it. Chad was great from the minute we walked in to the minute we left and even followed up with a phone call a few days later to make sure all was ok. My husband and I have dealt with Mark Hermann from the same place and he was awesome to deal with as well. How often do you hear that someone at a car dealer was awesome to work with??? Not very often. But it is the case at Apple Ford of Shakopee. John and Jeff were also great with explaining the process to her so she understood everything. We would definitely go back there and actually plan to buy a new vehicle ourselves this year and will going there to do it!!! More
