I absolutely love this dealership. We worked with a salesman that is no longer there when we bought a brand new car. The service he provided was second to none.He drove about an hour just for me to fin salesman that is no longer there when we bought a brand new car. Since the salesman we had the first time was no longer there, we worked with Mark Herman. His service was nearly identical to the prior guy. We bought a newer used vehicle from him. They actually let us take a vehicle home for the weekend (after being approved for credit) to drive and decide if we like it. We did, but we happened to find the same vehicle in a different color with more options. Mark graciously went to get it from their other dealership and had it ready to pick up when we got off of work. Now I was never a fan of Ford, but after we were shown their outstanding customer service I can't really go anywhere else. I love both or our Ford vehicles and am now a fan. If these to guys showed us this much respect with a fun attitude, why would I go anywhere else. I have only been to this dealership 3 times in my life and I love the place. Everyone else there is very friendly and they do indeed care about the customer's experience and happiness. They are not pushy, they want you too pick the vehicle you want.
