Nick Cavallin provided a very low pressure auto buying experience. He listened to what I was looking for in a new Ford Fussion (as far as model, options and color). He did not try to talk me into someth experience. He listened to what I was looking for in a new Ford Fussion (as far as model, options and color). He did not try to talk me into something I was not interested in. He was very knowlegeable on the 2012 Fusion (and my 2002 Taurus trade-in). He continued to checkup on me while I was meeting with the "trade-in" and auto loan staff. Nick also provided me with rides to and from the dealership. Over all the Shakopee staff was very profesional and efficient. The entire new car sale, finacial loan and trade-in process was under four hours. When I picked up the car Nick went through a final fuctional check list with me and has followed up on the sale with a couple of e-mails. The Shakopee detail staff did an excellent job preparing the car for pick up. It was very clean both inside and out. I'll be back to Apple Ford Shakoppe for my next car. More

We had a great experience with this dealer. Were were looking at suv's on their site and found one we liked, but when we drive the 6 hours to pick it up. We changed our minds on that specific one. We had taken my previously purchased F150 in for it's service and were killing time by looking at the new models. We told her our situation and she directed us to an Explorer. We drove the vehicle and decided this suited our needs perfectly. We ended up taking the vehicle that day. There was no pressure exerted on us at all. This is the third vehicle we purchased from this dealership. I think that pretty much says it all. More
