My wife and I went to Apple Ford to search for a family vehicle. As we approached a vehicle of our interest, Stephen Peters walked out and kindly introduced himself to us. My wife and I had several questio vehicle. As we approached a vehicle of our interest, Stephen Peters walked out and kindly introduced himself to us. My wife and I had several questions for him such as financing options, down payment amount, and credit check. Stephen was able to answer all our questions and gave my wife and me the peace of mind that we were looking for. We knew then and there that we wanted to go with Apple Ford as our vehicle provider. After answering our questions, Stephen offered us a test drive on the vehicle of our liking. After the test drive my wife and I still wanted to see other options. Stephen was very courteous and asked us to come inside and see a selection of vehicles on their website. We saw a vehicle of our liking and within our price range, but it was located at one of their other dealerships. Without hesitation, Stephen called and set for that vehicle to be brought to Apple Ford. When we left Apple Ford that evening all our questions were answered and our vehicle of our liking would be brought over to be test driven. That is what I call customer service. The next day, my wife and I test drove the vehicle and know it was "the one!" Stephen did an awesome job of helping my wife and I find our family vehicle. My wife and I are very happy that we choose Apple Ford. Their staff was very kind and generous making us feel confident with our purchase. Nick Cavallin provided a very low pressure auto buying experience. He listened to what I was looking for in a new Ford Fussion (as far as model, options and color). He did not try to talk me into something I was not interested in. He was very knowlegeable on the 2012 Fusion (and my 2002 Taurus trade-in). He continued to checkup on me while I was meeting with the "trade-in" and auto loan staff. Nick also provided me with rides to and from the dealership. Over all the Shakopee staff was very profesional and efficient. The entire new car sale, finacial loan and trade-in process was under four hours. When I picked up the car Nick went through a final fuctional check list with me and has followed up on the sale with a couple of e-mails. The Shakopee detail staff did an excellent job preparing the car for pick up. It was very clean both inside and out. I'll be back to Apple Ford Shakoppe for my next car. More
