I've always regarded the process of buy a vehicle a chore, having to deal with people who wanted to sell something that I didn't want. That didn't happen at Shakopee Ford. I told Kal that I was coming from 50 miles away and that I had 2 trucks that I wanted to look at when I got there. When we arrived he had them front and center ready for me to look at and test drive. There was no pressure from Kal what so ever (which I really appreciated)and once I made my decision he made the paperwork process move right along. I also called him at home, after hours (which I didn't know) to ask him a question about the truck. He was more that helpful and answered my question in a very cheerful manner and followed up with a text to ensure that I understood what he told me. In January I purchased a 2004 Ford Explorer. The sales experience was about 4/5, there were two negative parts. I did not receive the 2nd key that I was promised and was told later they would not make on experience was about 4/5, there were two negative parts. The second negative part was the touch up paint work was below dealer grade - this was thrown in with the purchase. Other than these negative items everything was great. I received excellent service from Mark and Anthony for the purchases and I was very impressed that I was able to get financing on this older high mileage vehicle. I recently returned and purchased 2 more tires for my Explorer to make a matching set. I was thankful that they were able to price match Tirerack.com making everything easy. More
