Kal was great to work with. He made sure to ask what I wanted and walked me through the process answering all of my questions and confirming my order prior to the purchase. Although Kif was very good to work with, I rated the customer service ok because I walked the lot for 15 minutes without seeing a salesperson and when I went into the building to see if someone could he customer service ok because I walked the lot for 15 minutes without seeing a salesperson and when I went into the building to see if someone could help me, everyone seemed very pre-occupied. I approached a desk and the person at the desk didn't even look up from his work to acknowledge me until a lady a little further away called his name. When he did look up, I said "I guess it doesn't look like anyone wants to sell me a car today". It might have sounded like I was joking, but I wasn't. Once Kif was called in to help me, the remainder of the experience was very good. More

The following email was sent to the sales manager before we started working with any particular sales person. "My husband and I are very close to purchasing or leasing a new F150 from your dealership. we started working with any particular sales person. I am wondering if we could arrange for James Gatto - service consultant - to receive major credit for the sale/lease. He has been wonderful to work with! We experienced a very long day (~ 6 + hours) at your site last week due to lengthy diagnostics regarding our 2003 Mercury Mountaineer (replacing the alternator led to the discovery of a bad PCM....not in stock.) Since we were loaded down, with trailer in tow, on our way to move our eldest son back to UMD, it was wonderful that your team arranged for a full size F150 loaner for us to use. This was followed by a bad fuse regulating the left-rear tail light (discovered and replaced by my husband.) Next, that truck was needed back for sale before the part was in stock, so a replacement car was exchanged. We are now going over the numbers, attempting to make the best decision. James made the long day at the dealership as pleasant as possible, always keeping us informed as to the status of our vehicle. He checked on us while we were travelling the next day. Also, he and Dave have been in touch regarding the status of the part and information regarding the specifics of the new vehicle. We feel that he had been very honest and forthcoming with information, which is truly appreciated. He is the main reason we are following through with the purchase. We have also been in touch with Heather Steinhauer and she has been very nice and helpful (although I think we spoke to every sales consultant in the place last Friday.) I believe Heather will be filling out the paperwork, but we want to make sure you are aware of how much the extra service from James Gatto sealed the deal."
