I approached a desk and the person at the desk didn't even look up from his work to acknowledge me until a lady a little further away called his name. When he did look up, I said "I guess it doesn't look like anyone wants to sell me a car today". It might have sounded like I was joking, but I wasn't. Once Kif was called in to help me, the remainder of the experience was very good. More
