He was still friendly, even though the sale was done. :) He carefully showed me how to use all the features of my car, particularly the technical ones. I have to give a 'good' rating for price, because car prices are atrocious no matter what brand you buy! However, this car really is a very good value and I feel it was a fair deal for us.
