As soon as I seen this car salesman, I just knew I was going to purchase my first car from him. I first met Chris Randall and Mike Secord on 12 January, 2013. I had previously inquired by e-mail on a vehicle that I was interested in. When I arrived at the dealership, I was met by Chris. He was a very personable and knowledgeable young man willing to help with any questions and concerns that I had in conjenction with the purchase of a new vehicle. Chris answered any and all questions I had and I was put completely at ease during the whole process. He completely explained all the paperwork and resolved any issues I may have had. He is an asset to your dealership and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from him in the future. After completing the vehicle purchase, I was looking at various accessories and Mike introduced himself to my Son and I. We questioned him extensively on different accessories and Mike answered all of our questions and addressed any concerns that we had. I felt like I was talking with someone I had known for a long time. Mike set us up with the accessories we wanted and on the 26th of January, both my Son and I had them installed on our new vehicles under Mikes supervision. Somehow the Tannau Cover I wanted was wrong on the service order, and, Mike went out of his way to check with suppliers for the right cover, and since they were out of stock, he said he would order the cover Monday and notify me when it comes in so I can have it installed. Mike is a great asset to your dealership. My reason for dealing with the Apple Group was the terrific service I received from Apple Valley Ford/Lincoln when my Wife and I purchased our 2011 Lincoln MKX from them. More
