My name is Cheryl and I am writing this review on behalf of me and my husband who bought a Ford Escape from Ed Clemens. I have to give Ed a lot of credit for being able to deal with a difficult personality of me and my husband who bought a Ford Escape from Ed Clemens. I have to give Ed a lot of credit for being able to deal with a difficult personality (my husband) with only 1 month and a half experience I think he said. Ed answered all of our questions and if he didn't know the answer he was able to get the answer for us. He was still smiling when we left so hopefully he didn't quit or anything after dealing with us lol!! Anyway, so far I love my Ford Escape. I do have it in the Rochester Ford dealership today because Jeff wanted to get the speedometer checked. I noticed on the way home when I went 70 all the cars were passing me and when I followed Jeff and he went 70, I my speedometer said 75. Other then that, I am very happy with my new SUV.
