I leased a 2012 Ford Escape in June. I couldn't be happier with my car now!!! Ilsaia did great at helping me in my selection and he explained very well why the escape would be perfect for me! We were fortunate that Ilaisa Taloa greeted us when we entered Apple Ford in Shakopee. He was very friendly, and began helping us by asking questions. It needed one minor adjustment, which Ilaisa handled completely, no worries for us to handle! When we returned to the dealership to take delivery of my beautiful Edge, Ilaisa met us at the door! He was still friendly, even though the sale was done. :) He carefully showed me how to use all the features of my car, particularly the technical ones. I have to give a 'good' rating for price, because car prices are atrocious no matter what brand you buy! However, this car really is a very good value and I feel it was a fair deal for us. When my next vehicle needs to be replaced, I hope to deal with Ilaisa. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone! More

I have a 2003 Focus with 200000 miles....It was time for a new 2013 so I stopped in and saw Kif Patrick to pick one up on the last day of the year. They did not have one in stock so Kif did his best to loc a new 2013 so I stopped in and saw Kif Patrick to pick one up on the last day of the year. They did not have one in stock so Kif did his best to locate me a 5 speed manual Focus Titanium with almost every option and got it here before the rebates and discounts were about to change on the 2nd of January. Kif was great to work with and I had a positive experience with him and everyone I encountered. The used car manager, Ryan McCormick also gave me a fair trade for my black Lincoln Navigator.
