We were fortunate that Ilaisa Taloa greeted us when we entered Apple Ford in Shakopee. He was very friendly, and began helping us by asking questions. He was still friendly, even though the sale was done. :) He carefully showed me how to use all the features of my car, particularly the technical ones. I have to give a 'good' rating for price, because car prices are atrocious no matter what brand you buy! However, this car really is a very good value and I feel it was a fair deal for us.
