From the time Cathy greeted us until we left the dealership with our new truck, she was professional, courteous, helpful and friendly. She is a great person and a great salesperson. My wife and I had been searching for a new car for quite some time. We had visited many dealerships and searched online. We wanted to test drive many standard size cars to find out what we wanted. About a month into our quest we called Apple Ford Shakopee because they had a certain car on their lot. This is when we first met our Sales Consultant, Cathy Borgmann. The best way to describe Cathy in one word is sincere (I know people want that one word to be professional, which she is, but sometimes the professional doesn’t come with genuine sincerity). Cathy has a friendly, warm personality and displayed much patience with us as we looked at and test drove cars. During many car purchases in my life I could tell that certain sales people get frustrated when you are trying to be thorough in your vehicle search. We never once sensed that from Cathy, my wife and I felt she sincerely (there’s that word again) wanted us to find the right car. Well, we found the (used) car we wanted and it had all the features we were looking for at a great price! The staff at Apple Ford Shakopee was great and I am sure we will visit them again on our next purchase. More

While we were waiting for the oil to be changed on our truck, we started checking out the new F-150. Ilaisa asked us if we needed any help and we replied with the notion that if we could get a new truck b truck, we started checking out the new F-150. Ilaisa asked us if we needed any help and we replied with the notion that if we could get a new truck by trading in the old truck and keeping the payments the same, we would be interested. So. He got to work finding the new truck we wanted with even more features than the old vehicle. The financing people were also a big help getting the numbers to work so the payments were the same. There was never any pressure and we could have walked away at any time, but we went through with it. I only wish the paperwork portion wasn't so lengthy. It seems very redundant, tedious, and mostly unnecessary. That's probably more of a Ford issue than the dealership, but it does need to be streamlined somehow. If we didn't know the exact vehicle we wanted, we would have spend far greater time than the six hours it took. However, I'd recommend anyone working with Ilaisa if they want to buy a Ford vehicle. More

Cathy Borgman was our primary consultant and went the extra mile to assure that we would be satisfied with our purchase. When we initially decided against the purchase due to the after-market muffler and dual exhaust installed by the previous owner, Cathy and Ryan arranged to restore the truck to its factory exhaust system. Nick educated us on other after-market add ons that are highly desireable features. We are extremely grateful for their assistance, as the truck has every other option we wanted. Had Cathy, Nick, and Ryan not addressed our concerns to the degree that they did, we would not have purchased the truck. They expressed themselves with a friendly and professional demeanor that never approached the hard-sell gimmicks used elsewhere. I will treasure the stories Cathy shared about her great-grandfather who worked on the Minnesota/Ontario border lakes where I was later employed. I came to Apple Ford needing a new, cheap lease and quick. I called and scheduled an appointment with Kal Booth. He quickly responded to my request, and when I came in later that day, He had already picked out a car for me which was perfect. Kal was great to work with, and never once pressured me into anything. I do have to add that the car I test drove, was sold right under my nose while I was still completing the paperwork. That car was also the ONLY one of it's kind on the lot!!!!! Never fear, Kal quickly searched for the same model and another lot and had it delivered the next day. I'm much happier with the newer car. I would highly recommend Kal for a sales associate to work with. He made the long boring process of car buying quick and interesting! I will be getting my next car from him! More
