My wife and I had such a bad experience with Ed that I am compelled to let everyone know about it. I went to Apple Ford to look at purchasing a new work truck. I was looking for a new F-350 XL. Despite having a few of these on their website, there were none at the dealership when I arrived. Ed told me that "you don't fit my demographic" because I didn't want a King Ranch or Lariat..."That's all I sell". Needless to say I was very insulted. He was unwilling to locate a vehicle for me at any other dealerships because "There is nothing in it for me. I hope you understand." Well Ed, I hope you understand how your poor customer service resulted in me leaving this review and making a purchase elsewhere. More

Apple Ford of Shakopee has absolutely gone above and beyond in every way. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by a young sales associate named Dan Bondarenko. Dan was knowledgeable, kind, and sincerely interested in figuring out what was the right vehicle for me. With Dan's help we narrowed it down to 2 used 4WD pickups. Both vehicles happened to be at another location in Apple Valley. Dan went out of his way and brought both vehicles to the Shakopee location. We chose the correct vehicle by going on a test drive, looking over the vehicle very carefully to be sure it was going to meet all of my needs, looked at the prior history of the vehicle, and verified all work performed by Apple Ford to get the truck ready for sale on their lot. After deciding on the used Ford F-150, the financing department was professional and courteous and very fast. Once the paperwork was done, I was given a full tour of the dealership. During this time the vehicle was being detailed and made ready for delivery. Dan remained with me making sure everything was done ensuring my complete satisfaction. The truck runs and drives perfect. Knowledgable yet didn't spin a bunch of fluff at us. After listening to what my wife's vehicle needs were.
