I would recommend this place if you want to experience poor customer service, and learn to appreciate other dealership. You want a good customer service, go to Subaru in Burnsville, they are the best so far. I bought a 4-wheel drive there, and it's perfect!!!! The seller, Jesse Walker, followed up with an e-mail as soon as he knew I went to their technicians to inquire about a few things about the car, he asked about my satisfaction and reiterated how important it was for them that I was satisfied with my purchase etc. PERFECTO!!!!! WOOOW, I was surprised. On the other hand, Shakopee Ford is full of starving animals, if you guys don't want to starve, work on your customer service to make people want to come back or say good things about you. Customer satisfaction has to be a dealership first goal. This company is not thriving because they sell poop, and their customer can be described as poop too. Poop is what best described them, and I am still polite. I am not recommending Shakopee Ford to any of my relatives, co-workers, and friends, and to anybody out there, I will feel so bad if you become another victim. More

A Great Sales Girl Is Everything!! I went to Apple Ford in Shakopee, initially to just look. I haven't had a new car since I was in my 20's. and I certainly have never owned a current y I went to Apple Ford in Shakopee, initially to just look. I haven't had a new car since I was in my 20's. and I certainly have never owned a current year model. My friend with me insisted we talk to a sales associate Cathy Wirta. He insisted that she was a great girl and really enjoyable to talk with. I was nervous and overwhelmed by all the vehicles I was looking at but when Cathy came around she immediately put me at ease and walked me through all the different features of all the cars and all the various price points. She was very savvy about every aspect of each vehicle we looked at. Her charm and her sense of humor were very engaging. I found I could speak easily with her and not feel rushed. She made me laugh quite a few times and impressed me with her knowledge of all the computerized equipment and hi tech functionality. Not only did I enjoy my visit and my very first test drive...I ended up walking away with a new Ford Focus. It's absolutely beautiful and the care and service I received were top rate. Rude finance lady- Lisa Mick I was there last night and purchased a ford fusion. Your awesome sales guy Eddie V was very nice and helpful, on the other hand the finance lady, Lisa I was there last night and purchased a ford fusion. Your awesome sales guy Eddie V was very nice and helpful, on the other hand the finance lady, Lisa Mick was very rude and didn't seem to care about the customers needs. For example, I want personalized plates therefore I asked Eddie last night if Ford does that or do I take my form that I filled out to the DVS. He went to ask Lisa and I was told that I could take it to the DVS because I will get it faster then going through Ford. This morning my mom went to the DVS and turned in my form and they said we were supposed to get a form from Ford which we never received. Therefore, my mom calls Ford and asked about a form we were supposed to get and she was transferred to Eddie cell phone which got him out of bed. My mom then went over to Ford and spoke to Lisa which she stated "why didn't you do this last night when you were here"? Then in the explanation box of personal plates I put in there "new car", she then went on saying that my explanation won't work and being snippy, rude and unprofessional about it. I never had a problem with Ford until now. Lisa Mick is very rude and has poor customer service skills which is representing Ford in a negative matter. More

irritated Let's just say it was a struggle. We bought a brand new escape after seeing 3 different salesman because they were busy catering to different costumer Let's just say it was a struggle. We even scheduled an appointment with the third salesman and still got put on the back burner. I'm sorry but when i am spending 28000 dollars i better have your full attention. i have been with apple ford through 6 car purchases and went back ever since because they took good care of me but after this incident its going to be really hard.
