The sales team were attentive and thorough without being pushy prior to the sale. Ed Clemens did an excellent job in his presentation of the Escape, and followed up as promised on all issues during the purchase process. Being a CPO vehicle, Ed made sure everything was perfect before delivery, right down to my choice of which floor mats to have installed at delivery. I evaluate car dealerships for a company based out of the Twin Cities, visiting over 150 dealerships in 12 states last year. When I say this is one of the best buying experiences I have ever had, I know what I am talking about. Apple Ford Shakopee does it right! More

We were rushed for both test drives because "somebody is coming to look at it". If she did not know the answers she would get someone who did, which was nice, this was 3 different people. Kal gave us the most info about the truck and accessories that we could use for the truck, while he was talking to us, Lori disappeared...then appeared saying we have to get going on our test drive. I think a 12 minute test drive is not enough time for me to spend 30,000 dollars, that's why we did it twice. I did not like manager Ryans commit about other mechanic's telling you need parts because they want to make money, this is after I wanted to know if anything underneath could get greased, such as the ball joints. (that answer is no). My mechanic does not do that, he explains why if I needed the part or how long the exsiting one will last. Ryan needs to practice smiling. At the end Kal is the one to tell me where the truck is, (they were cleaning it), Lori was gone to meet some people who had an appointment? Kal took us to the truck and again showed us some more features. The runner they arranged to drive my new truck home was very nice. He then drove my trade in back to Apple, I didn't drive it that morning to Apple BECAUSE Lori said to get in soon before someone who had appointment early afternoon for that truck so I did not have time to empty my stuff and tools out of my trade in. More

The weekend before we were in a wreck and our 10 year ol My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Cathy Wirta at Shakopee Apple Ford. The weekend before we were in a wreck and our 10 year old car was totaled. So we had to start looking for a new car. My husband went out on a "test run" and worked with Cathy. He found a car he thought I would like - silly him - for a low monthly payment. He came and got me and told me he found a car to buy so off to the dealership we went. The car he picked was a 2010 with almost 70,000 miles on it. I wasn't too happy. We were both surprised when Cathy told us she would be able to get us into a lease on a new 2014 Focus for about $25.00 more a month than the original car he looked at. She had both cars waiting for a test drive - of course we tried the new car first and never even took the second one for a test drive. Cathy took the time to sync my phone for me and spent time with us showing us all the features of the car. The lease process was a breeze and in about an hour we were out of there. Cathy was fantastic to work as was Mark from the Finance Department. We both were amazed at how simple a process this was. Thanks to the service department for cleaning up a couple of things on the car so quickly. The management of your dealership should be proud of all departments. I can truly say this was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Looking forward to working with you again More

In fairness I understand you guys don't have "crystal xxxxx" (cole) but this is by far the worst experience I've I had in any merchant/consumer situation I've been in . Going on week 4 without a vehicle thank you service industry eXperts More

I would recommend this place if you want to experience poor customer service, and learn to appreciate other dealership. You want a good customer service, go to Subaru in Burnsville, they are the best so far. I bought a 4-wheel drive there, and it's perfect!!!! The seller, Jesse Walker, followed up with an e-mail as soon as he knew I went to their technicians to inquire about a few things about the car, he asked about my satisfaction and reiterated how important it was for them that I was satisfied with my purchase etc. PERFECTO!!!!! WOOOW, I was surprised. On the other hand, Shakopee Ford is full of starving animals, if you guys don't want to starve, work on your customer service to make people want to come back or say good things about you. Customer satisfaction has to be a dealership first goal. This company is not thriving because they sell poop, and their customer can be described as poop too. Poop is what best described them, and I am still polite. I am not recommending Shakopee Ford to any of my relatives, co-workers, and friends, and to anybody out there, I will feel so bad if you become another victim. More
