After I traded in my car he did an extra sweep and found a couple things I forgot and held them for me to pick up at my leisure. Fantastic Experience I went to Apple Ford in the hopes of buying a new Ford Edge. This dealership made my experience fantastic!! EVERYONE was so courteous and profession I went to Apple Ford in the hopes of buying a new Ford Edge. This dealership made my experience fantastic!! EVERYONE was so courteous and professional!! Paul Talbot handled the sale and in 2 short hours the deal was done saving me considerable money and ordering my dream car!! Robert Sass stepped in to handle the delivery of my new car. His knowledge of technology and ability to explain the new features on the edge were great. I will be returning to Apple Ford in 3 or 4 years in the hopes of having a similar experience!! More

New Experience! I'm glad I experienced buying the 2015 Explorer Limited at Apple Ford in Shakopee. I did not realize buying a car required so much paperwork and sign I'm glad I experienced buying the 2015 Explorer Limited at Apple Ford in Shakopee. I did not realize buying a car required so much paperwork and signing my name so many times, or that I would give up an entire afternoon because of glitches in the process. However, my salesman was great from the test drive to installing the cross bars on the roof rack for me. He answered my questions and provided timely assistance even after I drove out of the dealership. I received excellent and friendly service from the finance, parts, body shop, and service departments, too. The receptionists/cashiers were also friendly and helpful. Thanks again Mark Herman. Fantastic in all aspects! We moved to Minnesota in 2014 and had both of our Escapes serviced at Apple Ford in Shakopee. When it came time to turn in my lease, we came here first since we were familiar with the dealership. We worked with Chris Phoenix in Sales and he listened to all my requirements and took notes. My husband and I went back and forth between the Titanium and the SE and had Chris looking up vehicles for us that could be transferred in due to all my requirements. He was patient and helpful throughout the process, even as we continued to contemplate over how long of a lease we should get and how many miles. Joan in Finance was extremely helpful as well with gathering all the numbers and options for us. Both were wonderful to work with and had us laughing as we continued attempt making a decision. When we finally decided, the signing process was fast and easy and I am LOVING my new Escape Titanium! More
