What came next was a month of re-occurring breakdowns, costly repairs and lack of understanding or caring for their continuous mess ups. Unfortunately, my truck ended up in a ditch a couple of weeks ago. Again, when Ford had an opportunity to repair my vehicle, I was told of repairs that were going to be needed far from the focus areas at hand. Surprise, surprise, less than a week later my vehicle carrying my wife and children breaks down. What's worse is it breaks down in the area that they should have repaired. Now, here we go again, I am going to have to get into a defensive argument with their service tech and manager to have them take ownership for their misses. I am looking to purchase two new vehicles in the next year. There are two things that will be certain. 1) I will not buy anything from Apple Valley Ford. 2) I will not buy a Ford manufactured vehicle again. Service tech didn't care about my situation. Service Manager didn't care about my situation. Keep charging and ensure the client knows its their fault. Great motto! More
My Ford Explorer was due for new tires and I was in Apple Valley for Thanksgiving weekend so we stopped at Apple Ford. I live in Minneapolis and typically go to a Ford dealer in the north metro so we thought Valley for Thanksgiving weekend so we stopped at Apple Ford. I live in Minneapolis and typically go to a Ford dealer in the north metro so we thought we would just check and see what tires Apple Ford had available and purchase from the dealer up north or another tire shop. We were so impressed with the quoting process, checking comparable pricing, and friendliness of the staff providing a courtesy ride within 5 min that we decided to purchase the tires on spot instead of waiting. I got a call with two options on color of tire lettering (that would add $100 to go with white lettering) so I was glad that I received a call to confirm my selection. The tires even came in less than the quote. I told a few people about my experience and they couldn't believe I got that great of service and thoroughness from a dealer. I would definitely recommend Apple Ford and already have. Great job Matt Reutter on your customer service, very impressed with the process and actually making purchasing tires an enjoyable experience! More
Making a service appointment means nothing at this service center. I made an appt. to have the oil changed on my MKX. I arrived ahead of the appt. time pulling up into the quick lane. There were 10 service center. I made an appt. to have the oil changed on my MKX. I arrived ahead of the appt. time pulling up into the quick lane. There were 10 or so cars already in line and I told the guy I had an appt., he indicated that I would have to wait with the other cars in line. I asked what's the point of an appointment, he did not have an answer, he called over someone else, same question, same response. Long story short, it took over an hour and half to have the oil changed and a "Lincoln Wash". I asked why so long and was told that oil change takes a half hour and a "Lincoln Wash" can take 45 minutes or so as they clean inside and out. Both times seem long to me, my experience with other service centers confirms short times. Ironically after the long wait I entered my car only to find that the interior cleaning was poor at best. I did speak with the service manger and pointed out my issues, as well as showing him the interior of the car ........ like the other guys, he had few answers and could only offer an apology. Don't waste your time making appointment at this dealership! More
I called the sales rep regarding my remaining warranty terms. After 3+ weeks, he has not returned my call. I called Service to request an appointment. No one answered, but they had a prompt for leaving terms. After 3+ weeks, he has not returned my call. I called Service to request an appointment. No one answered, but they had a prompt for leaving messages, so I left one. No one has returned my call. UPDATE 31-MAY: They did call back, apologize, and let me have my requested service (oil change, tire rotation, fluid top-off, inspection) free of charge. More
I recently retired from the military and drove from Louisiana to attend a job interview near Apple Valley. After the the interview, my truck would not start and I had it towed to the nearest dealer (A Louisiana to attend a job interview near Apple Valley. After the the interview, my truck would not start and I had it towed to the nearest dealer (Apple Valley Ford and Linclon). Just by luck I had found the best dealership in America. Eric and his technician went to work right away to troubleshoot the problem. While I waited, I met some of the freindliest people. Not onlt was the staff great, but it is very impressive to have such happy customers. This amount of kindness is not known in Louisiana and reminded me of while I want to move back North. Eric and his crew made sure I was updated on my vehicle's status and made sure I was in my seat at the Xcel Energy Center for start of the Wild game. If I get the job, my first paycheck will go toward a new Apple Valley Ford Truck. Three weeks later and I an still telling everyone about my trip. Thank you. Hope to see you soon. More

I went in because the night before I figured out the AC and Heat in my car went out. The car had been totaled in 2/2011 and while it was still drivable I knew I would need a car. With 125K miles on my car, I felt like this heat issue was the final sign I needed to get a new car, at least one that is new to me. I had looked up a few cars on Apple Valley Ford's website and knew there were some good deals. When Nick saw me looking around the sales floor he came over and talked with me about what I wanted and what I needed. Nick was not only very nice and professional, he didn't pressure me at all. He let me take my time, he listened more than he talked, and he let me lead the conversation. He stuck with my limit and didn't even try to show me anything above it. He was very honest and transparent when it came to fees and anything of that nature. I've been to a lot of dealerships since my car was totaled, including Apple Valley Ford, but Nick made me feel the most comfortable and confident with my decision. More

Kiki was great in selling me my used F-150. I like it a lot. The sales process was easy. Got a good price for my trade-in too! The ONLY thing that could have been better was they did not make sure that lot. The sales process was easy. Got a good price for my trade-in too! The ONLY thing that could have been better was they did not make sure that a funnel that was supposed to be in the truck was in there. I had to drive back down to Apple Valley to get it a couple days later. The used car dept. was great about getting me it for free and ready for me the same night. More
