Good service, brought my fusion in on a Thursday morning and job was done on Saturday morning. Had hoped for a Friday pick up, but parts and volume of cars needing service on Friday, held it up. I had a 6:00 pm appointment to drop off my vehicle for a safety recall service. There were service doors noted as "Appointments" so I go up to one of those doors. I wait in my car, and then stand by my ca safety recall service. There were service doors noted as "Appointments" so I go up to one of those doors. I wait in my car, and then stand by my car, for over 15 minutes. Finally a person stops and tells me I am in wrong line for safety recall service. Meanwhile, a service person had randomly parked a vehicle behind me such that I couldn't back up so they had to find that person to get the key to move the vehicle. Go to another door that is supposed to open automatically when you drive up to it; it didn't. I go in and find someone to ask about the door. He said that door is locked at 6:00. So, they open the door to let me drive in. All total, it took over a half hour to just drop off my car. Once in, they took my information fairly quickly, and the work was done when promised, so that part of the process was fine. More

I had service work completed on my car. Ross did a fantastic job keeping me updated throughout the service. My car was in for more than a day, but he kept in constant contact. This is the third time this dealership has made me late or completely miss something for work. I always give myself 2 plus hours between my work and the expected end time of a service and that hasn't been or completely miss something for work. They quoted me at no more then 3 hours for an oil change and new tires as a scheduled service with the tire choice already pre-picked out. These services took over 5 hours and the excuse was "short staffed" as I watched people stand around and do nothing. I whole heartily understand being short staffed but when this is a scheduled service, no issues came up during the service and the tires were picked out at time of scheduling then it should take the quoted time. They tried making up for things buy covering my oil change but I had already paid for the oil change so nothing was covered to remedy this poor service. I had to even go ask about my car after 4 and a half hours due to no updates from anyone. I will never return to this dealership as they have no respect for their customers time. More
