On Monday after Christmas, I contacted AV Ford regarding a dead battery in my car parked in my garage. I was referred to Lindsey Koughan who arranged for Wah and another service tech to be at my home Tues m a dead battery in my car parked in my garage. She had the appt set up, my charges and pic of my service technician emailed to me within minutes. The service techs were on time and finished within 20 min. They were informative and very friendly. Love this place for service! This is so cool. They came to my house at appointed time and fixed the problem right in my garage. Wah was friendly, courteous, and had the fix completed within 20 minutes. Lindsay was great at explaining how the service worked, making my appointment, follow up and providing needed paperwork to document the fix. I certainly understand that some repairs require a trip to the dealership, but what a great service to offer where it is applicable. Absolutely no work on my part. More
