Apple Ford Apple Valley - Service Center

I have a 2020 Ford Escape that only has 17305 Miles on it and all the Lug Nuts needed to be replaced and they charged me for it. I have owned many vehicles and I haven't ever heard of lug nuts swelling up in and all the Lug Nuts needed to be replaced and they charged me for it. I have owned many vehicles and I haven't ever heard of lug nuts swelling up in such a short period of time. The car is a lease and I obviously don't put many miles on it It's embarrassing to tell people you know that your car that your proud of has such junky parts that the lug nuts for your tires wore out before you even needed new tires brakes etc. I thought this would have been covered by the manufacturer. After this experience after I left the module went out before I left the lot and all the warny lights went on If it wouldn't been for warranty that wouldn't have been covered. Also I had scheduled the car with a pre maid appointment for the recall to be taken care of to find out the lady just scheduled me for an oil appointment with a rental. Lots of mismanagement. No parts were available and they said it would be at least 2 months. I scheduled it for the fuel injector recall and upon arriving no one had a clue what I was there for because she just put me in for an oil change with a rental. Lucky there was a rental put on there since the car failed immediately after having the oil change. I'm seriously not considering buying the car now or leasing another vehicle. More

I had an appointment to have my oil changed. It took 2 hours. I asked what was happening with my car & at first was told the oil change wasn’t done. I was told that it took so long because they were backed up & other cars took longer than anticipated. However I saw people who came in after me leaving before I did. The employees were apologetic & did give me the oil change for free. I have had problems with Apple Valley Ford in the past & will not be going back. ' More

I bought my 2021 Ford Edge in December 2021. . It had a touch screen where it would go blank. They did nothing for almost a year til I finally got on them to get something done. Twice they cal . Twice they called me and said the car was repaired which it wasn't so we had to wait around over an hour each time while they got us a new loaner vehicle. Finally they had to call in a specialist from Dearborn Michigan to resolve the matter. In all fairness I worked with Jake Tetrick and Jake was good but the rest of the service department obviously had their wires crossed. It took 13 months to resolve this problem which is pathetic. More
