I had an appointment to have my oil changed. It took 2 hours. I asked what was happening with my car & at first was told the oil change wasn’t done. I was told that it took so long because they were backed up & other cars took longer than anticipated. However I saw people who came in after me leaving before I did. The employees were apologetic & did give me the oil change for free. I have had problems with Apple Valley Ford in the past & will not be going back. ' More

I bought my 2021 Ford Edge in December 2021. . It had a touch screen where it would go blank. They did nothing for almost a year til I finally got on them to get something done. Twice they cal . It had a touch screen where it would go blank. They did nothing for almost a year til I finally got on them to get something done. Twice they called me and said the car was repaired which it wasn't so we had to wait around over an hour each time while they got us a new loaner vehicle. Finally they had to call in a specialist from Dearborn Michigan to resolve the matter. In all fairness I worked with Jake Tetrick and Jake was good but the rest of the service department obviously had their wires crossed. It took 13 months to resolve this problem which is pathetic. More
