To be honest I was disappointed in my service visit - I went for an alignment especially for my rear tires. When the service advisor gave me the test results of before and after there was zero change in th went for an alignment especially for my rear tires. When the service advisor gave me the test results of before and after there was zero change in the camber which rated from 1.6 to -.3. I asked why and the advisor said because it was within range, I could visually see the tire wearing badly on the inside of both rear tire "thats why I went in for an alignment in the first place". I asked them to do the rear to more in the middle values and was told I would have to wait another 45min - it ended up being almost two hours later and I could see my car on the alignment rack - no one touched it for almost an hour. Poor customer service!!! More

We came into Apple Valley Ford for an oil change and Rick did everything possible to make it an enjoyable experience. Good treats in the waiting room too! Cashiers were upbeat and efficient. My service experience was a little frustrating. My description of my concern was “a wheel bearing type noise from the right front of the car” Five days later, after not being able to pinpoint the n My description of my concern was “a wheel bearing type noise from the right front of the car” Five days later, after not being able to pinpoint the noise, the vehicle was diagnosed with a bad right front wheel bearing. Estimated repair cost: $950. We declined, as it was way too expensive to replace a $52 part. We were charged a $195 diagnostic fee, even though I told them what was wrong before dropping off the car. The only reason we brought it in was because we thought it might have been covered by the extended warranty. More
They lied to me about the amount of time it would take to get new tires while I waited for them, also they quoted the employee discount to me but charged the regular amount. I have a 2020 Ford Escape that only has 17305 Miles on it and all the Lug Nuts needed to be replaced and they charged me for it. I have owned many vehicles and I haven't ever heard of lug nuts swelling up in and all the Lug Nuts needed to be replaced and they charged me for it. I have owned many vehicles and I haven't ever heard of lug nuts swelling up in such a short period of time. The car is a lease and I obviously don't put many miles on it It's embarrassing to tell people you know that your car that your proud of has such junky parts that the lug nuts for your tires wore out before you even needed new tires brakes etc. I thought this would have been covered by the manufacturer. After this experience after I left the module went out before I left the lot and all the warny lights went on If it wouldn't been for warranty that wouldn't have been covered. Also I had scheduled the car with a pre maid appointment for the recall to be taken care of to find out the lady just scheduled me for an oil appointment with a rental. Lots of mismanagement. No parts were available and they said it would be at least 2 months. I scheduled it for the fuel injector recall and upon arriving no one had a clue what I was there for because she just put me in for an oil change with a rental. Lucky there was a rental put on there since the car failed immediately after having the oil change. I'm seriously not considering buying the car now or leasing another vehicle. More
