Apple Ford Apple Valley - Service Center

Overall very satisfied. The only issue was my last visit to have some service work done. It was an electrical issue with my towing package. When I dropped the vehicle off, I indicated I could get a ride to to have some service work done. It was an electrical issue with my towing package. When I dropped the vehicle off, I indicated I could get a ride to work, unless the fix would only take a 1/2 hour or less, and could they give me an estimated time for the fix so I could call and have someone from work pick me up if it would be more than a 1/2 hour. I was told they would know more in "about 10 minutes, or so" and I would be given an update. I waited 2.5 hours in the service waiting area and finally went back into the shop to ask about the progress. The service manager said "they were just finishing up", and the truck would be ready in under five minutes. I would have preferred an update earlier as promised and would have gone to work and came back later to pick up my truck. More

Denise Caylor my service representative is very polite and knowledgeable. Denise has always been a great person to work with. I have always been respected and treated fairly. The only thing I can think of is when ever we come in to get our vehicle fixed we are told a time for it to be done and it is usually 1 or more hrs longer to get it done. very poor service replaced parts that were not needed and failed to inform customer on additional work needed on my truck .this was not my first bad experence at apple valley ford but i promise it is my last failed to inform customer on additional work needed on my truck .this was not my first bad experence at apple valley ford but i promise it is my last.i will not go there to buy a new truck or get anything serviced.
