Mike knows my vehicle as soon as he sees it. He knows my name immediately. He also listens to what I tell him about my truck. All of that combined makes me come back for service not only on my vehicle but a name immediately. He also listens to what I tell him about my truck. Back about a year ago it was quaestionable that I would return to Apple Valley Ford because all you wanted to do was sell me something, service vehicles whatever to make a quota. Now I can have a conversation with Mike and make a educated decision on what needs immediate attention and what can wait a bit. In the current economy that goes a long ways. Nice job Mike. More
I had taken my car 3 times to a local mechanic for a check-engine light - they couldn't find anything wrong and suggested I just drive it and not worry about it. Decided to take it to AV Ford and have check-engine light - they couldn't find anything wrong and suggested I just drive it and not worry about it. Decided to take it to AV Ford and have it checked again. They immediately found the problem and repaired it, plus they discovered that most of the fluids were old and dirty and were a potential problem just waiting to happen. Everything was fixed within 3-4 hours, and they even gave me a ride to and from the dealership so I didn't have to sit and wait. I'll definitely go back for any future service issues. More
I am very pleased with the service with this dealership and Ford on the recent recalls. I am pleased that ford provided a rental while parts arrive. I wish Ford would do something about that ABS Cont and Ford on the recent recalls. I am pleased that ford provided a rental while parts arrive. The entire time we were at the dealer, the service shop employee we dealt wit not my husband's. The email is even addressed to my husband and not me. I purchased my F150 new in 2003 from Apple Valley Ford and have had all service work done there, even though we moved to Wisconsin in 2007.
