Been having my car serviced at Apple Valley Ford since purchased new (May 2009). Every visit had been satisfactory and sometimes better. In August there was an issue with work performed before notifying purchased new (May 2009). Every visit had been satisfactory and sometimes better. In August there was an issue with work performed before notifying me. After hearing about it, customer service rep Chris Gulbrandson moved to resolve the issue. He followed through for a most satisfactory outcome. The actions of Chris, Scott Smith, and their team surpass even the high quality work of AV service department. It is this type of customer service that solidifies out trust in the folks at Apple Valley Ford. It keeps us coming back and inspires us to highly recommend AV Ford to others. Thanks much More
I was so pleased to know that even the smallest complaint was handled with respect and understanding. I returned a few days later after my vehicle had been serviced for some little issues due to another 'lit was handled with respect and understanding. I returned a few days later after my vehicle had been serviced for some little issues due to another 'little' issue. My moon roof glass was NOT properly cleaned (at all) after they lubricated it when I came in complaining of the winder shuddering as I opened it. Jim didn't hesitate to say he'd clean it up himself and apologized several times for my inconvenience and the serice guys lack of cleanliness. It's the little things that count the most and I'm pretty particular about my F150 and how it's returned to me after service. I do feel this needs to be addressed with the person responsible and the entire service dept to know that things like lubricant left on a moon roof do matter to customers. Have some respect for someone else's vehicle and clean it when you're done. Leave it the way it came in (hopefully, a bit cleaner). The same goes for the interior door handles and steering wheel. Do not leave grease on those locations. It's great to have the initial contact with a friendly face, like Jim's, but I'd like to meet the person who ends up working on it and ask if my vehicle was cleaned after service. I feel time gets away from these mechanics and they don't realize customers notice. I do, anyway. I've bought well over 10 vehicles from AVF and will continue to do so in the future (ROB LEROY-the best salesman!), so I expect the same level of customer satisfaction out of my service dept. I need to feel comfortable that I'm not going to touch some area in my vehicle (that's not highly visible) after picking it up and find grease. I'm sure most people will just clean it, but I feel I shouldn't have to! It's not my job to clean up after the mechanics. Bottom line, thanks, Jim for making me smile when I leave the service dept. Oh, and thank you for bringing Jeff Bruenig back to AVF! More
I have been using Apple Valley Ford for all my service for at least the last 20 years. I have never had a reason to not trust the dealership or the employees. I have worked with Sandy for the last couple for at least the last 20 years. I have never had a reason to not trust the dealership or the employees. I have worked with Sandy for the last couple of years and she has let me know if there are coupons or savings that I should be taking advantage of. I have also purchased the last 5 out of 6 Ford automobiles from this dealership and have always received a "Fair" deal. More

This is my 2nd rating and dropping the 'quality of work' rating. The rear lug nuts were put on too tight. This all cost me a $150 tow, three broken socket tools, and a new stud bolt with nut, plus labor rating. The rear lug nuts were put on too tight. This all cost me a $150 tow, three broken socket tools, and a new stud bolt with nut, plus labor. In addition, it was reported that the rear brake cyclinder is now leaking badly. How can I recover any of this. I am not happy, yet lucky to be alive after spending 2 hours on the side of I94 half way to St. Cloud. Steve at 952-890-9144 More
